Amazing car buying experience. Possibly the best buying experience I’ve had. Honestly, if you’re like me and overly dubious of smaller family run companies, Kate and Barry are different. They offer a personal, professional service. They don’t just want to get cars off the forecourt. They also make sure the cars are the best they can possibly be for the driver. After a bad experience with a previous car purchased from a dealer that I expected to have a great reputation, I was a little nervous buying again. This car is amazing! I highly recommend them! Professional, Friendly and Honest Dealer I have traditionally brought cars from main dealers however having had some bad experiences I decided to look further afield and after my experience with Barry Vigers Ltd I will not be going back to a main dealer again. Attentive Honest Proactive. I bought a Mercedes sports coupe {a delightful little car} from Kate, we agreed a price, a to do list and an agreed on pick up date. Kate called me up to let me know one aspect would take a little while longer to complete, but that I would bring the car back at a later date to complete the to do list. Kate communicated regularly to update and arrange completion. I found her to be very proactive and always felt she was working for me. The car I picked up was immaculate and has been a great pleasure to drive and own, of course this was down to careful selection! Would definitely recommend!!!!! After a long search looking for a little run about town car we stumbled across Barry Vigers and I have to say they were really helpful and friendly. The car we brought is in excellent condition for it’s age, runs really well and so far we haven’t had any nasty surprises.
