Possibly the best buying experience I’ve had. Honestly, if you’re like me and overly dubious of smaller family run companies, Kate and Barry are different. They offer a personal, professional service. They don’t just want to get cars off the forecourt. They also make sure the cars are the best they can possibly be for the driver. After a bad experience with a previous car purchased from a dealer that I expected to have a great reputation, I was a little nervous buying again. This car is amazing! I highly recommend them! Kate called me up to let me know one aspect would take a little while longer to complete, but that I would bring the car back at a later date to complete the to do list. Kate communicated regularly to update and arrange completion. I found her to be very proactive and always felt she was working for me. The car I picked up was immaculate and has been a great pleasure to drive and own, of course this was down to careful selection! I’ve known Barry for years. I had my first car from him 17 years ago, it was a Peugeot 306, then i had a Vauxhall Corsa, then a VW Golf, then a BMW 3 series, then another Golf, and now my current car a VW Touran. I have always been looked after by Barry and have loved all the cars i’ve had from him over the years. Genuine Trader’s are few and far between these days, but Barry is a true Gent. I will be back for my next car!
